We all have it and felt it. It suffers a lot to our health, society, home, career and relationships.

It is known as anger, an emotional disorder, many often we struggle to control. Nevertheless, we cannot get rid off it easily.

Typically triggered by an emotional hurt, anger is usually experienced as an unpleasant feeling that occurs when we think we have been injured, mistreated, opposed in our long-held views, or when we are faced with obstacles that keep us from attaining personal goals.

The anger experience is different for every person. How often it appears, the intensity, and how long it will last varies person to person.

Anger actually makes people defensive and creates quarrel, violence. It also has health issues like raising blood pressure, stress hormones flows. It activates the sympathetic nervous system and increases the risk of early death and makes people isolated.

How to control your anger? Meditation is the key to control and kill it naturally. A new study in the journal ‘Consciousness and Cognition’ suggests that one session of meditation can help reduce your body’s response to anger.

Anger in people who were new to meditation raised their heart rate, blood pressure, and breathing rate. But after only 20 minutes of meditation, people who had never done meditation before had a much calmer and more relaxed physical response when asked to re-experience anger.

Meditation brings inner peace through putting you in a comfort zone where you always feel satisfied. You won’t see things in a biased state rather rational. It will control your emotions. So you won’t feel agitated, and you don’t react rather respond.

So if you meditate on a regular basis, then you won’t feel angry in any circumstances.
